Replacing the front-facing camera iPad Pro 12.9" 3rd Gen / 4th Gen / iPad Pro 11" is necessary, if it doesn't work at all, the pics are blurry, or there's no focus. A new part can also fix nasty spots in your images.
Careful: If you see scratches in your pictures, they're probably on the glass screen and not on the camera lens.
